What information should you include on your booking?

If you are booking a call or session for your child, please use their name and date of birth.

If you are booking an advice or support session for yourself, please use your name. I don't need your date of birth but you can't submit the form on this website without one, so please feel free to use a "dummy" date such as 01/01/2023.
